Terms of Proposal

The association will be for a period of 3 years starting from the date of signing the proposal.

Trade Margins

Product will be billed to on net of taxes basis and all applicable taxes will be borne by you on your invoices. The company will provide delivery of its goods to your warehouse and all expenses will be borne by the company.

Delivery

Goods will be supplied to you within 7 days of receipt of order with advance payment. Any alternate mode of payment will be discussed only after initial order, payment and delivery.

Replacement Policy

Any damaged goods as per the norms of the company will be replaced along with next supply.

Initial Order

To start promoting the product, we will mutually workout an order of minimum Rs. 20 Lac.

Initial Publicity by Company

Company will start initial publicity after signing of the proposal and realization of the initial amount. The company will support the product through ground level activities.

Initial publicity by company will not be restricted to this sales link percentage till proper target fixing is done.
